Orders and Acceptance

By submitting an order on www.candles4thesoul.com, you warrant and represent that all personal information you have entered for is valid.

Except with respect to our out of stock items, you cannot change or cancel an order once the order has been submitted.

Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges which will be charged on all orders applicable and will be indicated at the time of placing your order during checkout.

Use of Candles:

Please do not use your Candles for the Soul LLC Candles in any manner which violates the instructions on the warning label on the bottom of every candle. To get the best use out of your candle, we recommend burning your candle according to our candle care card included with every order purchased. We are not responsible for damages from an improperly burnt candle. 

Summer Shipping: 

Candle wax melts in heat. In order to make sure that your wax product arrives in the best condition possible during the summer months, we will only ship Monday through Wednesday excluding holidays so that your product does not sit in a hot delivery truck over the weekend. Please also make sure to keep up with your tracking information so that you do not leave the delivered package sitting in the sun for long periods of time. When conditions become overly hot, your items will be shipped with a cool pack.
